The last two times I've eaten here no one in the kitchen was wearing a mask, so, I'm done with this place. I understand masks are uncomfortable, but you're preparing people's food with your face only at arm's length AFTER it's cooked... If you don't care enough about your customers... Plus the I saw the owners buying tomatoes at Walmart, that's gross! I don't buy produce for use at home from Walmart, I sure as heck don't expect to eat it from a restaurant! The food has always been inconsistent, it's never been bad, but it was better when cooked by one of the parents. I can tell who is cooking after the meal just by how it's made. The pizza while not terrible, is my least favorite of all the things I tried from the menu.
I loved Luigi’s pizza. Unfortunately things have changed! We got a Luigi’s special which in the past had been loaded with cheese. This was not that. The thin crust wasn’t thin and quite soggy. It was very difficult to find much cheese at all. Very disappointed.
Very scary! The waitresses and cookers weren’t wearing a mask. The waitress said that she feels very uncomfortable with the mask and I understand, but we are in a middle of a pandemic! Please wear a mask, you guys are serving food and you have the moral responsibility to protect your customers. I won’t came back!
Meat sauce and marinara are the same thing at this restaurant. No option, your getting meat. Unfortunate.
Had to deliver twice for one order, got my pizza wrong. Chicken was undercooked. Very disappointed.
